Lead, coach and develop a team of (Senior) Biotech Associates in daily GMP manufacturing activities.
Plan, coordinate and oversee cell and tissue culture operations in accordance with GMP standards.
Ensure safe, compliant and efficient execution of manufacturing activities and logistics processes.
Review and approve manufacturing documentation while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Drive investigations, deviations, CAPAs and change controls in collaboration with Quality teams.
Identify and implement improvements in training, planning and operational processes.
Support qualification activities and maintain high standards of safety, quality and GMP compliance.
Requirements
Experience in a regulated production environment such as biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, food manufacturing or a similar industry.
Previous leadership, supervisory or team coaching experience.
Experience with cell or tissue culture is beneficial but not required.
Strong communication and collaboration skills in English.
A structured and organized approach with strong planning and problem-solving abilities.
A quality-focused mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.
Flexibility to work within a shift-based manufacturing environment.

The full-time annual base pay for this position in The Netherlands is expected to range between €50.250 and €70.350. Initial salary placement within this range will be determined based on role-related factors such as experience, qualifications, and expected contribution.
