Meet the team: HR Operations is the foundation of our global People & Culture processes, ensuring seamless employee experiences while maintaining the highest standards of compliance and operational excellence. Our team partners closely with the business, Centers of Excellence, and external providers to deliver scalable, reliable, and employee‑centric solutions. This role plays a critical part in administering and supporting our U.S immigration program. You'll be a trusted subject‑matter expert, problem solver, and partner-helping employees and leaders navigate complex immigration requirements while keeping our Immigration and Global Mobility programs compliant, efficient, and well managed. Where you come in: You administer the U.S. immigration program , supporting new visa petitions, extensions, amendments, transfers, and permanent residence processes. You serve as the primary liaison between the business, employees, and immigration service providers to ensure timely and accurate case management. You coordinate multiple immigration cases and projects simultaneously , setting priorities, tracking milestones, and ensuring service‑level commitments are met. You provide expert guidance to employees, managers, and HR partners by responding to inquiries related to immigration, global mobility, and compliance requirements. You ensure full compliance with U.S. immigration laws and regulations, including record‑keeping, audits, and reporting obligations. You analyze case data and trends to identify risks, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement. You partner with internal stakeholders and senior colleagues to support global mobility initiatives, and immigration strategy. You contribute to program improvements , documentation, and knowledge base articles to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and employee experience. What makes you successful: You bring deep functional expertise in U.S. immigration and global mobility, with a strong understanding of visa categories, compliance requirements, and case workflows. You are considered a specialist in your field, trusted for your judgment, problem‑solving skills, and ability to resolve complex issues creatively. You have 5-8 years of relevant experience , ideally supporting U.S. immigration programs in a corporate or shared‑services environment. You hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR, business administration, or a related field. You demonstrate strong project and time‑management skills , effectively coordinating multiple cases and priorities with minimal supervision. You are highly analytical and detail‑oriented , comfortable evaluating data and applying sound judgment to determine appropriate solutions. You communicate clearly and confidently , with the ability to explain complex immigration concepts to diverse audiences. You thrive in a global, fast‑paced environment , and are comfortable working U.S. hours while collaborating across regions and cultures.
