As an Executive, Operations , this role is to support our Body & Paint (B&P) workshop operations. This role is critical in ensuring seamless coordination between customers, insurance partners, and internal teams while delivering high-quality service and operational efficiency.
Deliver excellent customer service and build strong relationships with customers, insurers, and surveyors.
Assess damaged vehicles and prepare accurate repair estimates, including supplementary estimates when required.
Liaise with insurance companies/surveyors to negotiate and finalize repair costs and timelines.
Coordinate communication between Customer Service Advisors (CSAs), workshop, and parts department.
Monitor repair progress to ensure timely completion and provide status updates.
Prepare detailed work orders and ensure compliance with company and GIA guidelines.
Conduct final checks on completed vehicles (quality and cleanliness).
Maintain proper documentation and storage of damaged parts for inspection.
Support workshop operations, ensure safety/housekeeping standards, and assist frontline when needed.
Who We're Looking For
Diploma or relevant qualification (Automotive/Engineering preferred).
Experience in automotive workshop, insurance claims, or customer service is an advantage.
Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Team player with good problem-solving skills.
