Experience & Qualifications
Minimum 10 years of progressive Food & Beverage leadership experience within luxury or ultra‑luxury hotel environments.
At least 5 years in a senior Food & Beverage leadership role (Director of Food & Beverage, Executive Assistant Manager F&B, or equivalent) within a Forbes‑rated, AAA Five Diamond, or comparable luxury property.
Proven success leading diverse, high‑end dining concepts, including restaurants, bars, and banquet operations.
Strong financial acumen with demonstrated experience in revenue growth, cost control, and profitability within complex F&B operations.
