Warehouse Assistant (Precious Metals)

Responsibilities

• Receiving & Processing: Unload incoming shipments, inspect for damages, verify against delivery notes, and sort items into designated locations.
• Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and label goods for dispatch in accordance with customer or client instructions
• Inventory Management: Conduct regular physical stock counts (cycle counts) and update records in the system (SAP / WMS)
• Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse machinery such as pallet jacks, forklifts, or automated scanning devices
• Safety & Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace; comply with all workplace health and safety regulations

Requirements

• GCE N / O Levels or equivalent
• Prior warehouse experience preferred but not mandatory
