The Lecturer (Teaching Specialist) will contribute to excellence in teaching and learning across the topics in the College of Health and Enablement, specifically with a focus on the area of Digital Health. About You You are an experienced and reflective tertiary educator with a strong commitment to teaching excellence, student success, and professional practice. You hold and maintain current membership with a relevant professional association and bring substantial experience in higher education teaching and learning environments. You have demonstrated success in the design, delivery, and evaluation of innovative teaching and learning strategies, including contemporary approaches to student assessment that enhance engagement and learning outcomes. Your practice is informed by reflection, continuous improvement, and a clear understanding of the relationship between teaching, research, scholarship, and professional practice. With excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, you have the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, students, and industry stakeholders. You thrive in collaborative environments and contribute positively to academic communities through professionalism, initiative, and a student-centred approach to education. The ideal candidate will have completed a PhD or EdD or equivalent qualification in a digital health related field.
