You'll have the opportunity to: Lead delivery across a broad Customer Platform portfolio, balancing new initiatives, continuous improvement and platform health Coach and develop a group of experienced leaders, helping them grow capability and confidence Partner closely with engineering, architecture , vendors and business stakeholders to align priorities and outcomes Bring clarity to planning, sequencing and trade‑offs across multiple squads and dependencies Shape pragmatic ways of working that blend agile thinking with strong delivery discipline Oversee funding, capacity, vendor partnerships and delivery governance in a way that supports long‑term sustainability Build delivery confidence by proactively managing risk, dependencies and operational readiness Drive clear return on investment from our platforms About You You're a calm, credible delivery leader who enjoys working at scale and navigating complexity.
