Evaluates and summarizes weekly project report(s) for management, identifying successful completion of goals and deliverables and any follow-up action required
Identify risks, mitigation strategies and dependencies. Ensure escalations are raised appropriately
Ensure timely routing and tracking of work requests through the team
Manage and maintain the document repository for the team
Manage peer-level client relationships as the primary client contact for all project inquiries and needs
Work closely with cross-departmental teams to identify areas for increased efficiencies and opportunities for standardization
Ability to thrive in a complex environment consisting of geographically dispersed and highly matrixed teams ranging from 25 people
Manage and ensure smooth cross-team communications
