Job Description As a Returns Processor, you will primarily focus on processing returned devices so they can be appropriately recorded, triaged, and further processed. As such, you will work closely with the existing team, and provide whatever support they require to manage the incoming inventory. Responsibilities will include the following (note that training will be provided in several areas): Organizing and labeling returned packages Opening returned packages, sorting the contents, and cleaning and disinfecting returned devices that were used in the field Investigating product history and status using existing tools Performing simple data entry Maintaining inventory levels of materials used in the processing of returns Disassembling, scrapping, and recycling returned product Various other tasks of similar nature in support of the team and their responsibilities
