Requirements
- High School Diploma or G.E.D Required
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related field is advantageous, but not required.
- Proven experience supporting construction staking, control, and as-built documentation on active jobsites.
- Certified Survey Technician certification, OSHA certifications, or successfully passing the NCEES Fundamentals of Surveying exam is desired.
- Experience in CAD (Civil3D) for pulling points, generating staking files, and creating point databases to support field layout and construction workflows is preferred.
- Proficiency with survey equipment including total stations

The Construction Project Surveyor & Crew Coordinator serves as a key link between office and field, ensuring survey operations align with project schedules, construction sequencing, and contractor needs. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, construction-driven environments. Responsibilities include pricing and scoping, coordination with internal teams and external clients, equipment and fleet management, and scheduling field crews to meet aggressive construction timelines. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of construction staking, control establishment, transportation and site development projects, subsurface utility coordination, and field logistics. The candidate should have foundational knowledge of construction survey services, topographic, control/geodetic, transportation, subsurface utility, boundary/ROW determination, and ALTA surveying, technical and logistical aspects of vehicle fleet and equipment management.
