Responsibilities

  • Strategy (Led by Head of Retail Consultancy)
  • Work with the Head of Retail Consultancy in preparing strategic positioning studies, tenant mix plans, and asset enhancement recommendations.
  • Assist in translating strategic outputs into actionable implementation plans.
  • Implementation of Strategic Recommendations
  • Lead the execution of approved strategies including:

  • Develop long-term client partnership with developers, REITS and institutional landlords.
  • Drive proactive outreach to targeted retailers, F&B groups, lifestyle brands, and pop-up concepts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with brands and operators to support long-term leasing pipelines.
  • Provide strategic advice on market entry, site selection, and portfolio optimization for brands and operators.
  • Identify new business opportunities in retail consultancy, repositioning, project leasing and portfolio optimisation.
  • Transaction Management
  • Drive the full cycle of retail transactions: prospecting, outreach, negotiation and closing.
  • Oversee deal documentation and ensure compliance with internal standards.
  • Act as day-to-day lead on implementation and occupancy phases of consultancy mandates.
  • Market Intelligence & Financial Analysis
  • Monitor and analyze retail market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.
  • Prepare financial models, leasing comparisons, and high-quality client presentations.
  • Team Leadership
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to team growth.
  • Collaborate across service lines to deliver integrated real estate solutions.
  • Contribute to building the team's revenue generation and brand intelligence capability.
  • Minimum 8 years experience in the Retail real estate industry with strong deal execution and brand network (Candidates with less experience could be considered as Senior Manager)
  • Valid EAA license holder
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and presentation skills.
  • Experience supporting or executing strategic retail consultancy work is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently and lead in a fast-paced environment.
