Job Description: Position Purpose: The IT Delivery & Reporting Lead exists to ensure that IT investments and solutions align with business needs by analyzing processes, data flows, and operational requirements. This role supports the organization by gathering and evaluating information, modeling current business processes, and documenting procedures to identify improvements and efficiencies. By producing clear, data-driven reports, it enables informed decision-making and helps optimize how technology delivers value across the territory. Key Accountabilities: Supports business decision-making by analyzing data requirements and recommending technology and process improvements. Develops key performance indicators and measurement frameworks to track and enhance organizational performance. Monitors reporting services to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and reliability of operational and financial data. Produces detailed queries and reports to provide insights into portfolios, programs, expenses, and risk positions. Evaluates business processes to identify gaps, anticipate needs, and implement effective solutions that drive efficiency. Collaborates with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to communicate insights, develop solutions, and align on business priorities. Advises stakeholders by translating complex data into actionable insights and supporting planning, budgeting, and strategic initiatives. Administers procurement and financial controls by managing contracts, tracking spend commitments and ensuring compliance with governance frameworks. Maintains the IT contracting, procurement and invoice approval framework, operating the interim controls established in the absence of a dedicated procurement system. Education and Experience Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Studies, Business Administration, Finance/Accounting Management, Information Technology or relevant graduate qualifications including CBAP certification. Six Sigma / Lean certification is an asset. 7 - 10 years hands on experience performing business support and analysis functions in complex organizations Applies knowledge of operational and capital expense planning, IT operations, and analytical tools to support data-driven decisions. Communicates complex problems and solutions clearly and pragmatically to diverse audiences. Documents business processes, procedures, and requirements in a clear and structured manner to ensure understanding and consistency. Builds strong, trust-based relationships with stakeholders and project sponsors to support collaboration and alignment. Prioritizes and manages workload effectively to meet deadlines while contributing within a team environment. Demonstrates integrity, professionalism, and a proactive, solution-focused mindset while maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards.
