IT Operation Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Manageand support day-to-day operations of enterprise digital and IT systems,including issue tracking, follow-ups, and resolution.
• Manageassigned projects and change requests from requirements through delivery bytracking timelines, actions, and dependencies, and ensuring timely follow-up.
• Engagebusiness users to gather and document functional requirements and translatethem into clear requirements for IT teams or external vendors.
• Coordinatewith external vendors across the delivery lifecycle, including development,user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment, issue resolution, and escalation.
• SupportUAT planning and execution and coordinate rollout activities.
• Maintainproject documentation, meeting notes, status updates, and reports.
• Supportprocurement activities, including quotations, vendor coordination, and contractadministration.
• Organiseand support project meetings, training sessions, and workshops, includingpreparation of presentation materials where required.
• Provideoccasional after-hours system support when required.

Requirements

• Diplomaor degree in Information Systems, Business IT, or a related field.
• 3-6years of experience in IT business analysis, or digital project delivery roles.
• Ableto work independently with minimal supervision and handle multiple prioritiesconcurrently.
