Scan and electronically file incoming and outgoing documents, coordinating digitization across teams
Handle incoming and outgoing mail
Organize physical files for scanning and verify the accuracy of scanned documents
Assist in setting up client directories for scanned materials
Support monthly asset roll-forward reconciliations of pension funds
Assist with plan member searches and member communications
Participate in ad hoc special projects
Provide administrative and technical support to team members
Ensure quality control and service standards are met for all transactions
Adhere to internal risk-management policies
You have
College diploma, university degree or equivalent experience
Strong oral and written communication skills
What you bring
Solid customer service abilities
Ability to work effectively in a team and with minimal supervision
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office suite
Strong attention to detail, initiative, and excellent organizational and analytical skills
Requirements
Prior involvement in digitization or paperless-process initiatives
Background in fulfillment process or mailing projects
Salary Range: $40,000 - $55,000
