About the role
Acting as the first point-of-contact to all guests and callers, the Receptionist greets and assists clients and the pubic both on the telephone and in person with courtesy, consideration and professionalism. The Receptionists handles incoming, outgoing mail, faxes, performing general office duties and furnishing clerical support for the office staff of the agency. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Answers telephones and give information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals. Greet visitors or callers and handle their inquiries or direct them to the appropriate persons according to their needs. Open, read, route, and distribute incoming mail, including scanning and coding/indexing when necessary. Process outgoing mail as needed. Schedule and confirm appointments for clients, customers, or supervisors. Provides administrative support for all departments such as, printing, filing, photocopying, data entry, scanning, binding and collating, downloading company reports, mail distribution and mail-outs. Helps with data entry, reports, numbers, etc. as assigned. Performs other duties and projects as assigned.
