There are many reasons to build your career at Carter's. − Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the warehouse, including receiving, replenishment, cycle counts, order fulfillment, cancellations, returns, DC transfers, merchandise donation and destruction, inventory audits, sample processing, shipping discrepancies dispute reconciliation, etc. − Ensure timely and accurate compliance with operational processes by both Carter's and 3PL personnel. − Lead continuous improvement and efficiency projects for operational processes in the warehouse, outbound shipments, and other supply chain-related areas. − Reengineering Carter's operational processes, such as logical warehouse design, inventory processes, invoicing, etc. − Control and manage the P&L for the Pro Fees (3PL Expenses), Freight (Outbound Transportation), and Supplies (Warehouse Supplies) lines. − 3PL processes costing analysis. − Lead the implementation of interfaces between the 3PL Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Carter's ERP (Proscai). − Lead, from the Supply Chain perspective, the information automation process using Tableau dashboards, collaborating with external suppliers and internal stakeholders. − Conduct annual tenders for transportation companies and negotiate the annual increase in services from carriers and parcel services. − Lead the 3PL Request for Proposal (RFP) process from inception, layout design, and operational process planning, quotation, price negotiation, solution implementation, transition, and operational launch, within budgetary constraints. − Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, such as Supply Chain, Finance, Audit, IT, Planning and Corporate stakeholders, as well as external parties: suppliers, 3PLs, transportation companies, etc.
