Duration: 1 Year ( renewable subject to performance) Location: East (Changi Airport) Working Hours: Mon-Fri (office hours) Salary Range: UP $3,500 Job Scope: Account Management Senior Associate (Beauty & Wellness) - Manage client relationships, drive revenue growth, and provide exceptional customer service 1. Merchant Acquisition - To lead merchant acquisition efforts including prospecting, negotiating and development of necessary promotions - To own end-to-end merchant onboarding process up to contracting and/or renewals 2. Account Management - In charge of sales targets of merchants under your care and is the primary contact for your merchants. - Continually review performance of your merchants, work with them to strategically conceive new business ideas to grow sales which may include range expansion, marketing, partnerships etc. - Maintain good relationship and provide value add to your partners for long term collaboration. 3. Business and operations - Responsible for merchant level performance analysis and supporting monthly business reporting activities. - Resolve any merchant operations issues related to publication, orders, logistics and payments in a timely and effective manner - Work cross function with internal stakeholders and other departments to drive sales growth 4. Profitability - Responsible for merchants CM - Any new ideas to drive sales Key Performance Measurements include: - CM Performance - Sales Performance - Merchant/Brand Acquisition - Product Range Expansion - First-to-Launch or Exclusive Brands / Products / Concepts introduced - Merchant Satisfaction - New Business Development Ideas & Implementations
