Responsibilities

- Required Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience and proven experience recruiting for cleared roles (Secret, TS, TS/SCI) and an understanding of the federal hiring landscape
- Strong sourcing skills and comfort engaging passive and cleared candidates
- Familiarity with DoD, IC, or civilian agency hiring requirements and compliance standards
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with ATS platforms and recruiting tools (Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, etc.)
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously
- A collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset
- Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance
