Support the Banking team with know‑how, technical updates and day‑to‑day queries across areas including corporate and leveraged finance, real estate finance, infrastructure, project and asset finance, and restructuring and insolvency Work alongside Knowledge Counsel and know‑how partners to develop and maintain precedents, guidance notes and other knowledge resources Contribute to the design and delivery of internal training and presentations Monitor legal and market developments and help translate these into practical insights for fee earners Act as a "go‑to" point of support, building strong working relationships across the practice Take a proactive approach to improving knowledge processes, tools and ways of working About you We will invest in your ongoing training and development to support your professional goals and help you to thrive in your role from day one. Our opportunities are open to all suitably qualified applicants, so to be considered for this role, you must have the following skills and experience: Qualification as an English law lawyer, with experience in Banking and Finance The ability to build credibility and confidence with partners and fee earners at all levels through sound technical judgement and clear communication Strong legal research, drafting and analytical skills Confidence producing written materials and presentation content for a legal audience An organised and self‑directed approach, with the ability to prioritise and progress multiple pieces of work Good interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and supportive working style Experience in a professional support role within a large law firm is helpful, but not essential What's in it for you?
