Job Profile: Academic Faculty - Assistant Professor | Department of Neurology |Divison of Child Neurology |Neurocritical Care Program Position Summary: The Department of Neurology , Division of Child Neurology at the Medical College of Wisconsin (MCW) and Children's Wisconsin (CW), seeks a board certified / board eligible physician to join our expanding Division. We are comprised of nationally and internationally renowned, dedicated group of faculty and staff with a strong commitment to clinical care. Position Highlights: Provide expert clinical care for children with general neurology conditions as well as complex neuroimmunology and neuroinflammatory disorders Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team including neuropsychology, rheumatology, immunology, infectious disease, and neuroradiology to provide comprehensive patient care Contribute to the academic mission through teaching and mentorship of residents, fellows, and medidcal students Participate in and/or lead clinical trials and translational research initiatives Engage in quality improvement and program development to enhance patient care Practice at Children's Wisconsin Milwaukee campus as well as at least one community clinic Performs other duties as assigned by Chief Schedule: Full-time Salary (Exempt) Department/Division Highlights: Thriving Division - 15+ faculty strong, with subspecialists in epilepsy, neonatal neurology, neurogenetics & neuromuscular medicine.
