Meet the team: You'll join Dexcom's growing Commercial Excellence organization, where business partnership, data, systems, and insights come together to power commercial planning, engagement, execution, enablement, and measurement across EMEA. The team is transforming how Dexcom leverages commercial data-building a connected ecosystem, turning data into foresight & action, enabling field teams to deliver one coherent high value experience, and elevating strategic decision-making. The Data Staging Analyst is a hands-on, execution focused role responsible for preparing, transforming, and validating commercial data so it can be reliably consumed by analytics, business processes, and downstream systems across EMEA. This position focuses on applying market‑ and country‑specific business rules, calculations, and logic to ensure data is consistently staged, interpretable, and decision‑ready for the business. Where you come in: You will stage commercial data for downstream consumption by analytics, reporting, planning processes, and commercial systems, ensuring outputs are complete, consistent, and aligned to agreed business definitions. You maintain, build, and optimize data warehouse, developing ETL solutions, automated data flow and analytics "as-a-service" environment within EMEA You apply and maintain market‑ and country specific business rules, transformations, and calculations to support local commercial models, KPIs, incentives, and decision-making. You will validate staged datasets through systematic quality checks, reconciling results to source systems, and identifying gaps, inconsistencies, or anomalies prior to release. You act as the business intelligence partner for the EMEA organization while partnering with Global peers to develop the Global data/analytics platform You partner with business owners and technical peers to in-take requests and develop analytical proposals/solution You partner closely with Commercial Analytics, CRM Operations, MDM, and Sales Operations teams to understand data requirements and ensure staged outputs meet downstream consumption needs. You document staging logic, transformation rules, calculation methodologies, and market specific exceptions to ensure transparency, repeatability, and auditability. You support ongoing enhancements by updating staging logic in response to changes in business rules, commercial models, country requirements, or upstream data sources. You monitor and track data quality metrics related to staged datasets, proactively identifying opportunities to improve robustness, consistency, and reusability. What makes you successful: You have experience in data operations, data preparation, analytics enablement, or reporting roles where transforming and validating data for downstream use is a core responsibility. You have strong understanding of how business rules, calculations, and data definitions impact analytics, reporting, and commercial decision-making. You have experience working with multi-country or regional commercial data, including managing market specific logic and local exceptions. You have high attention to detail with the ability to systematically test, reconcile, and validate data outputs across multiple sources. You have comfortable documenting logic, assumptions, and methodologies, so data transformations are transparent, repeatable, and auditable. You have clear communicator able to collaborate effectively with analytics teams, operations teams, and business stakeholders. You have execution-oriented mindset with a continuous improvement approach to data quality,
