• Ter ensino médio completo;
• Disponibilidade para trabalhar em 03 turnos;
• Experiência de 2 anos na atividade de produção.
• Requisitos desejáveis:
• Ter colégio técnico em mecânica, elétrica/eletrônica, administração ou áreas correlatas;
• Ter conhecimentos no sistema gestão da manufatura e treinamento de liderança;
• Principais responsabilidades:
• Liderar equipes de operadores de produção para que atinjam as metas de produtividade estipuladas em programações, dentro dos padrões de qualidade preestabelecidos.
