You will have the unique opportunity to architect specialized test environments and own the validation lifecycle for products that improve safety and efficiency on job sites worldwide. Key Exciting Responsibilities Architect and develop specialized test hardware, including custom fixtures, loadboxes, and harnesses for complex system simulations. Spearhead the execution of EVT, DVT, and PVT phases to ensure advanced firmware aligns with rigorous engineering standards. Utilize CAN protocols (J1939) and diagnostic tools to monitor and analyze real-time performance of devices under test. Partner with cross-functional engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex firmware-to-hardware integration issues. Author and maintain high-level DVP&R documentation and comprehensive validation summaries that drive product readiness. Essential Skills & Experience 3+ years of professional lab validation and product testing experience with a focus on embedded systems. Proven proficiency in developing scripting tools such as Python, Lua, or MATLAB for test automation. Strong technical grasp of firmware testing methodologies and protocol-level troubleshooting (J1939/CAN). Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Computer, or Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field. Bonus Points For: Experience with heavy machinery or automotive electronics validation.
