Country of Location: China Hong Kong Job Responsibilities: - Solicit mortgage business opportunities to achieve individual targets. - Expand & maintain good business network. - Cross-sell other banking products to mortgage customers. - Assist Team Head in motivating team members to achieve sales targets. - Assist and support Team Head to enforce sales discipline according to house rules. - Generate sales / management reports and keep abreast of current market information. - Comply with anti-money laundering and counter terrorist financing controls in accordance with regulatory standards and CNCBI policies. - Establishes oneself as a trusted advisor by participating in customer's decision-making process, as appropriate.
