We have an exciting opportunity for an Accounting Analyst. This role will be based in 6750 Building, Makati City, Philippines. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following : Global Lease Reporting Process: Contracts review and data abstraction Lease data maintenance and lease system administration Ensures consistent application of the Lease Accounting Policy Ensures compliance with relevant SOX controls Month-end close activities Accounts reconciliation Disclosure reporting for USGAAP Supports local BU Finance on IFRS lease reporting requirements Special Projects or Ad Hoc Tasks Provides support to the ongoing lease system migration (testing and quality check of migrated data) Assists in the migration and standardization of lease classification and lease cost coding processes Application of productivity tools and emerging technologies as opportunities arise (Data Modelling, Power Automate, Powerapps, RPA, Data Analytics, etc.); apply to all existing processes as applicable Continuous improvement on all processes above Coordination role within the team for IUAS-wide projects, initiatives, or periodic routine tasks General Administrative Tasks Ensures adherence to all safety and compliance requirements Set performance agreements and monitor results through Performance Management Process Takes part in professional development activities by attending trainings and reading relevant materials Maintains updated process documentation Ensures all accounting records and supporting documents relating to the processes are maintained in accordance with legal requirements and company's retention policy Attends relevant meetings About You We know our greatest resource is the ingenuity, creativity and innovation of our people. Requirements

  • Experience in JDE, SAP, or S4 Hana is an advantage, but not required.
  • Lease accounting background is preferred, but not required.
