Your mission Digital & Media Planning & Execution (Brand building): Prepare the yearly Digital Brand Campaign Plan in collaboration with the Brand team, ensuring integration with overall brand objectives. Design and execute end-to-end digital campaigns to maximize online visibility, traffic acquisition, engagement and conversion rates (SEO, SEM, media buying, social media) tailored to Vietnamese audiences. Integrate O2O digital strategies seamlessly with offline and medical channels for holistic brand activation. Partner with agencies, influencers, and key opinion leaders to amplify brand reach and credibility. Ecommerce Marketing Planning & Execution (Performance media): Manage annual offsite and onsite e-retail performance media & other ecommerce marketing activities (affiliate, livestream, etc) in alignment with E-commerce team & brand team. Ensure best in class level for e-merchandise, livestream & CRM execution following brand guidelines & platform's standard. Tracking brand performance with key online KPIs & media performance per campaign/per regular periods. General Digital Marketing scope: Plan, manage, and approve Digital Budget Monitor brand conversations and trends through social listening to inform strategy and campaign optimization. Monitor brand sales & market share on Ecommerce Use analytics tools to track, report, and optimize digital performance; deliver monthly dashboards and actionable insights. QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital, or related field. Minimum 5 years' experience in Digital marketing/Media management/Ecommerce Management, ideally in Dermo-Cosmetics or consumer health industry. Good knowledge of Vietnamese digital ecosystem, consumer trends, and regulatory landscape. Strong analytical, creative, and communication skills. Experience with digital analytics, SEO/GEO, SEM, Ecommerce tracking tools, and campaign management platforms. Fluent in English Who you are ?
