Now Hiring: Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst We're looking for a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst who will play a key role in supporting the bank's financial strategy and decision-making processes. This position is responsible for budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance analysis to drive informed business decisions and ensure financial health. The FP&A Analyst collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights and recommendations to senior management. What You'll Contribute as the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst Financial Planning, Models, and Reports Develop, maintain, and enhance financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports analyzing variances, trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Support budgeting and forecasting processes by gathering data, coordinating with business units, and ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Conduct ad hoc financial analyses to support strategic initiatives, capital allocation, and cost management projects.
