( *in collaboration with AbbVie ) The Organizational Effectiveness Specialist supports the design, execution, and continuous improvement of organizational and team effectiveness initiatives. This individual will contribute to key priorities that drive efficiencies and effectiveness at both the team and organizational levels. Working under general guidance, the Specialist will lead smaller initiatives and support more complex cross-functional efforts, applying structured problem-solving and project management skills to drive data-driven decision making and impact across the organization. _ Your Contributions (include, but are not limited to): Provide thought partnership and support execution of technology enablement and adoption initiatives, partnering closely with IT and other business stakeholders Contribute to the scaling of change management capabilities, including supporting department-level change initiatives (e.g., reorganizations, technology implementations) Apply structured methodologies to support change readiness, stakeholder engagement, and adoption planning Support overall HR Department effectiveness by driving continuous improvements that enhance efficiency, alignment, and delivery of HR initiatives and programs Support organizational effectiveness programs and tools, including frameworks for organizational capability measurement and planning Analyze organizational challenges and recommend solutions within defined parameters, escalating more complex issues as appropriate Partner cross-functionally across different business units and use data to gather insights, inform decisions, and drive alignment Support multiple concurrent projects with moderate complexity, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations are met Develop communication materials and presentations to convey moderately complex concepts to diverse audiences Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, and team effectiveness practices
