WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT TO US We are building and evolving Private Debt, a top-priority project for SimCorp right now and we are expanding the area to meet increasing client demand and deliver more outcomes. We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer with strong experience in test automation and a solid foundation in manual testing to ensure our product remains robust and reliable. You will also have the opportunity, and need, to learn APL, a functional programming language used in key parts of our stack. Prior experience with APL isn't required, we provide comprehensive training and a supportive environment to help you succeed. Our company also partly owns Dyalog APL, ensuring the language remains actively maintained and relevant. This is a great fit if you're a hands-on QA engineer who enjoys digging into code, designing automated tests, and wants to broaden your programming skills in new paradigms. This role is pivotal in accelerating delivery cycles while maintaining high product quality. By automating critical test scenarios and integrating them into the CI/CD pipeline, you'll help reduce manual testing effort, catch defects early, and ensure faster, more reliable releases-directly impacting customer satisfaction and business agility.
