Drive cost reduction, value creation, and risk mitigation through structured and compliant Source‑to‑Contract execution.
Lead sourcing initiatives in line with the Category Management & Contracting Process (CMCP), ensuring governance, consistency, and audit readiness.
Build and maintain strategic supplier relationships to unlock innovation, resilience, and long‑term value using data‑driven and fact‑based approaches.
Partner closely with Contract Holders, demand owners, and key stakeholders to align procurement strategies with business priorities.
Ensure sourcing decisions are informed by demand forecasts, supply conditions, and risk assessments, promoting best practices across operations.
Develops category strategies to maximize contract interlinkages, ensuring efficient resource deployment and reduced variability.
Ensures smooth execution of pre-award and post-award activities per the CMCP framework ( Category Management and Contracting Process ).
Optimizes demand and specifications to meet business needs, verifies supplier readiness for purchase orders, and monitors performance.
What you bring
Bachelor's degree or above, and CIPS / CPSM qualification is preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement and contracting, with strong exposure to multinational environments.
Proven experience in category management and contract lifecycle management is essential.
Experience in one or more of the following categories is a strong advantage: Packaging, 3rd party supply, Logistics, Engineering/CAPEX projects, Sales/Marketing
Knowledge and/or experience in Korea supply market would be a strong plus
Fluent in Korean and English (both written and spoken) is required.
Demonstrates a learner mindset with a strong focus on continuous improvement.
Proven track record of delivering results while maintaining full process compliance.

This role is to be set under Shell Lubricants Supply Chain Commercial NEA (North East Asia) team to overall manage HSOC contracting & procurement needs that realizes significant cost savings whilst maintaining and improving compliance adherence and performance.
