Intern, Billing Operations

Responsibilities

• Support Team members during their daily work and tasks
• Participate in the project of new responsibilities to the Billing Operations Team in Wrocław
• Participate in Team meeting
• Support the creation of the documentation
• Look for variations and discrepancies
• Learn UPM organization and business culture

Requirements

• You are willing to learn UPM culture, processes and organization
• You have an interest in project management, quality management, process improvement
• You are a great team worker, have good collaboration and communication skills
• You are open to share your ideas and consult challenges
• You are capable of engaging in different tasks concurrently and are comfortable with environmental variability
• You are willing to take responsibility for your tasks
• You are willing to work with Excel and learn SAP functionalities
• You are fluent in English

• The position holder will report to Team Leader, Rebate & Billing Operations.
• The position is offered under a contract of mandate.
