Developing an origination strategy for the creation of new customers within your territory
Working with and supporting your team to make sure credit stewardship responsibilities are carried out and high qualities of new and existing lending is maintained
Building, maintaining and managing relationships at all levels across the bank
Making sure all credit and operational risk policies are understood and being adhered to
