Sabre is looking for a Product Owner in the Reservations domain, a part of Sabre Order Management Suite in the Fulfillment Portfolio. You will be responsible for the product vision, investment, planning, and execution throughout its life cycle, including increasing the profitability of existing products and developing new ones, and ensuring the delivery of the best solutions and meeting revenue and customer satisfaction goals. You will be proficient in the product, understand its structure and architecture, its capabilities. You will capture market needs, customer input, usage, data and translate those into user stories that meet customer and market requirements and support the company's strategy and technical innovation goals. The role possesses a unique blend of business and technical skills, a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality. Product Strategy & Vision Define and drive the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for Reservations, ensuring alignment with company goals and tech strategy. Own product area's investment decisions, scope, roadmap and priorities. Be the Product subject-matter expert (SME) Understand/monitor product's competitive and market landscape Manage investments , balancing incremental improvements with large-scale strategic goals. Ensure alignment to technology strategy throughout product life cycle Lifecycle & Delivery Management Oversee the full lifecycle from ideation to end-of-life, including upgrades and maintenance. Lead development as the primary point of contact for scope elaboration, ensuring on-time, high-quality, and on-budget releases. Produce technical documentation for engineering, delivery and care teams. Team & Stakeholder Collaboration Serve as SME : own feature scope, prioritize backlogs (product enhancements), and define acceptance criteria. Engage stakeholders (customers, partners, senior management) to gather requirements and communicate progress. Empower Sales/Delivery through technical support, demos, and internal training sessions. Market Focus & Performance Champion the customer by staying ahead of industry trends and driving customer-centric product decisions. Develop go-to-market strategies to boost product adoption. Track success via KPIs and data analysis to drive improvements, revenue, and cost-management while ensuring regulatory compliance. Required Qualifications Experience & Education 3-5 years in market-facing roles (customer/prospect engagement). Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field. 5-7 years in Airline technology, Air Shopping, data delivery, or cache technologies. Industry Expertise : Experience with Airlines or Travel Agencies; knowledge of travel trends. Product & Technical Skills Tech-Savvy : Strong product background with the ability to bridge technology and business needs; capable of engaging Engineering on technical solutions. Product Definition : Skilled in feature set definition, storytelling, and story mapping. Experience : Experience with Full-Service Carriers, Low-Cost Carriers or Travel Agencies Professional Capabilities Ownership & Strategy : Strategic/tactical mindset focused on measurable results and project resolution. Communication : Excellent written and verbal English communication skills Strong public speaker : Comfortable presenting or demonstrating technology in front of large groups and at all levels of an organization. Collaboration : Thrives in virtual, global teams and navigates multi-stakeholder environments with competing priorities. Organization : Self-organized, proficient in MS Office, and able to manage multiple projects in parallel.
