Stay up to date on client product / service offering and is able to thoughtfully present to potential partners.
Learn and manage client-facing project management systems and legal processes for the purposes of supporting the creation and approval of different project documents.
Maintain positive relationships with clients to encourage new and repeat business opportunities.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required
5+ years relevant experience with minimum 3 years of direct experience in account and project management (preferably in sports league and/or team partnerships)
Experience in direct brand or marketing strategy a plus
Robust understanding of sports property, rights, and media landscape
Up-to-date knowledge of the sports and entertainment landscape with a working knowledge of what is happening across culture today
Effective contract negotiation skills and familiarity with contract development
High-level proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and web-based project management tools; advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel for deck development and budget management.
Possess exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
Superior interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with people of all demographics.
Requires self-management, including the ability to ability to assess a situation and quickly implement solutions.
Must be able to multi-task and be flexible enough to react under stressful circumstances.

THE-TEAM is looking for a motivated individual to join a Brands Retainer Client team supporting a global account. This position is responsible for managing various aspects of the client's partnership portfolio and will support account team members with partnership management, project coordination, client measurement/reporting, presentations, and the implementation of timelines and budgets. The successful candidate will respond to client requests and is expected to consistently provide excellent client service, as well as represent client needs and goals to ensure partnership objectives are met.
This role will be based in Brooklyn, NY (Dumbo) with limited travel. Candidates must be willing to relocate if they are not currently based in the selected office location.
