About the role
As a Business Insights Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in this transformation, partnering closely with cross-functional teams to unlock the full value of data in a highly dynamic and regulated pharmaceutical environment. Tasks and responsibilities include but are not limited to Generate actionable insights from internal and external data sources to support strategic planning and operational decision-making. Act as a thought partner to cross-functional teams by identifying trends, risks and opportunities. Deliver integrated insights into marketing effectiveness, brand performance, sales force effectiveness and omnichannel engagement. Translate complex analyses into clear recommendations for non-technical stakeholders through dashboards, reports and presentations. Contribute to forecasting accuracy and business planning through trend analysis, predictive modeling and forward-looking insights. Provide insights into customer, patient and health pathways to identify opportunities to improve engagement, experience and outcomes. Lead or support qualitative and quantitative market research and tracking initiatives to deepen customer understanding. Support experimentation and learning by evaluating initiatives, communicating findings and recommending actions to stakeholders. Your profile Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Science or a related field. Minimum 3-5 years' experience in business analysis, data analysis or a similar role. Proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools such as SQL, Power BI, Excel, Qlik Sense or Tableau. Knowledge of statistical analysis, with Python or R considered a strong advantage. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to organize, interpret and communicate complex data accurately. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate insights for non-technical audiences. Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders effectively. Ability to turn data into clear, business-relevant insights and recommendations; experience with market research, behavioral science and data privacy/governance is an advantage.
