Role Overview Reporting to the Senior Principal Electrical Engineer, this role sits at the core of Clarke's engineering capability. You'll manage a multi-skilled electrical engineering team delivering EPC projects across high-voltage environments including 11kV, 33kV and 66kV systems. You'll be the bridge between hands-on engineering leadership and organisational excellence, while guiding technical delivery, mentoring junior and mid level engineers, driving consistent design direction, supporting tenders, ensuring compliance and leading continuous improvement. This role is office based in Adelaide due to the team leadership component, with occasional interstate and remote travel for design reviews, risk workshops, site assessments and commissioning activities. This role also presents a clear career pathway into a senior principal position.
