Support clients with policy servicing needs, including applications, endorsements, certificates, and billing inquiries
Review new and renewal policies to ensure accuracy and completeness
Process and manage insurance documentation, including ACORD forms
Maintain accurate and up to date client records within the agency management system
Document all client interactions and activities within internal systems
Communicate with clients, carriers, and internal partners via phone and email
Assist with renewal processing and collection of required underwriting information
Ensure compliance with company standards, client requirements, and applicable regulations
Collaborate with team members to support efficient and accurate account servicing
Requirements
Previous experience in an insurance servicing, customer service, or call center role within the insurance industry required
Hands on experience working with ACORD forms is mandatory
Working knowledge of property and casualty insurance concepts and terminology
Experience with Applied EPIC or similar agency management systems is preferred but not required
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage documentation accurately
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Experience supporting policy servicing, endorsements, or renewals is preferred
Education and Licenses
High school diploma or equivalent required
If not currently licensed, ability to obtain Property and Casualty license within 90 days of hire required (this would be paid for by Acrisure)

Job Summary
Acrisure is seeking a property and casualty customer service representative to support our aerospace and aviation team. This role is responsible for servicing client accounts, processing policy documentation, and supporting day to day insurance operations. This position works with a variety of aviation clients and plays a key role in ensuring accurate policy handling and a high level of client service. While aviation experience is not required, candidates must have a basic foundation in property and casualty insurance and prior experience in an insurance servicing environment.
