We are actively seeking a SAP Product Delivery Transition & Support Enablement Engineer, LATAM . This is a remote position and can be based anywhere in Brazil. Position Summary This role is a SAP Product Delivery Transition & Support Enablement Engineer, LATAM in our Global Product Development group supporting Latin America. The primary responsibility for this role focuses on supporting the successful rollout and transition of SAP Brazil Tax Reform tax, legal, and regulatory changes from Global Product Delivery (GPD) to Global Support Delivery (GSD), AMS for unified clients, and Professional Services (PS) and supporting client transitions to post-go-live stability. This role ensures effective internal knowledge transfer, develops technical and client-facing documentation, and supports hypercare activities to ensure smooth operational continuity. The primary responsibility of this position is to coordinate, document, and operationalize the transfer of knowledge, processes, and technical ownership required to ensure a seamless transition of SAP Brazil Tax Reform deliverables, support models, and long‑term maintenance activities. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Transition Ownership & Coordination - Facilitate knowledge transfer (KT) from delivery teams into Support, AMS, and PS organizations. Support the transition of SAP Brazil Tax Reform development activities from GPD to internal support teams. Coordinate cross‑functional transition activities across GPD, GSD, AMS, L4 Support, QA, and Product teams. Develop and maintain detailed transition plans, timelines, and deliverables to ensure a structured and predictable transition process. Track transition progress, identify risks, and escalate issues to leadership with mitigation recommendations. Partner with L4 Support, AMS, and PS teams to ensure readiness for post‑transition support Knowledge Transfer & Documentation - Own the creation, consolidation, and validation of all technical and functional documentation required for internal teams to support ongoing operations. Schedule and facilitate structured Knowledge Transfer (KT) sessions from GPD to L4 Support, AMS, and GSD teams. Produce internal technical documentation, support playbooks, triage guides, and process workflows. Ensure documentation covers Brazil Tax Reform processes, configuration, integration points, and support scenarios. Support the creation of client‑facing product delivery documentation. Support Enablement - Support hypercare activities before and following client go-live, ensuring rapid issue identification and resolution. Support triage efforts for pre-and-post-go-live issues and coordinate with cross-functional teams. Assist with client cases, providing subject matter support and guidance. Support the development of triage processes, escalation paths, and case‑handling guidelines. Assist with hypercare planning, including triage leadership, case assistance, and issue resolution coordination. Scrum, Solution Design & QA Support - Support Scrum teams by contributing to solution design through QA validation. Assist Scrum teams with solution design, functional clarification, and quality assurance alignment. Support Scrum team in review of user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications to ensure GSD readiness. Support QA teams by contributing to test strategy development and reviewing test plans for completeness. Validate that transitioned requirements are fully understood and executable by GSD teams. Serve as a subject authority on how LATAM legislative changes are configured, processed, and maintained within SAP solutions. Cross‑Functional Collaboration Act as a liaison between Business Solutions Americas Scrum and Kanban teams, GPD, GSD, AMS, QA, and Support teams.
