Job Summary: This is a temporary unpaid observation lasting 1-3 days for individuals interested in exploring and observing Pre-med/PA/NP. Medical Observations should be coordinated with MGH provider prior to applying. While on observation: Student strictly maintains and safeguards confidential information. Adheres to Maine General's work hours, policies and procedures. Relates and applies knowledge acquired in the academic setting to his/ her work environment at MaineGeneral. Displays a self-awareness in regard to attitude, values, and behaviors that influences his/her work. Is consistent and punctual in the submission of all work assignments to the supervisor and student coordinator. Demonstrates understanding of patient centered care and customer service.
