Lead complex bid and proposal processes from start to finish
Analyze RFP/RFT documentation and identify requirements, risks, and opportunities
Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure smooth collaboration and progress
Manage information security and regulatory requirements in bids
Contribute to go/no-go decisions, pricing, risk assessments, and overall strategy
Write clear, engaging, and high-quality proposal content
Support negotiations and customer clarifications
Review and adapt contractual terms during the bid process
Help develop our ways of working, templates, and best practices
We also see it as a strong advantage if you have an interest or experience in areas such as information security, cybersecurity, and regulatory frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIS2, DORA, GDPR).
You don't need to be a technical expert - what matters is your ability to understand requirements, identify risks, ask the right questions, and ensure clear and business-relevant responses.

We are looking for someone with experience in Bid Management, Proposal Management, or a similar role-preferably within IT, telecom, cybersecurity, managed services, cloud, networking, or the public sector.
