Senior Product Designer (UX/UI)

About the role

As a Senior Product Designer on PLM Solutions Design team, you will lead end-to-end design for critical areas of Windchill, shaping both the user experience and the direction of the product. You'll work closely with Product Management and Engineering to define problems, explore solutions, and deliver high-quality outcomes in a highly complex domain. You will work closely with other designers on the team and beyond to contribute to the evolution of our design system and help establish patterns and best practices that scale across teams and products. In this role, you will: Lead end-to-end complex product experience design projects, defining interaction, behavior, workflows and information architecture for Windchill NextGen UX. Plan and execute structured discovery and usability research, validate design concepts with the users to ensure design decisions are rooted in solving real user problems Influence roadmap prioritization through user insights and design direction Collaborate closely with a global team of product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver valuable, high-quality features that balance product requirements, technical constraints, and user needs and motivations. Leverage and contribute to PTC's design system to ensure a cohesive experience across the PTC product suite Advocate for high-quality design and help raise the bar through collaboration, critique, and shared standards
