Maintain and update a database of contacts, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Administer surveys and compile data to generate reports.
Assist in the creation of promotional materials for an upcoming event.
Provide logistical support for special events and coordinate alumni visits.
Draft and send professional email communications.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Current McGill undergraduate student enrolled in a Bachelor of Arts and Science program.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Ability to write clear, professional, and concise email messages.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Proficiency in time management and prioritization.
Experience with database management and survey administration is an asset.
English and French, spoken and written

Location: This position is located in Montreal, Quebec and the work for this position is expected to be performed in Quebec.
