Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in consulting, project/program management, process optimization, or a related field (preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders at multiple levels
- Experience supporting large-scale transformation initiatives and driving measurable business results
- Familiarity with technical environments, including service-based architecture and XML-based queries (preferred)
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
- Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
