NTU Shared Services (NSS) Finance is responsible for the efficient and effective operation of the finance related transaction services. One of the divisions in Accounts Receivables function is Student Finance. Student Finance oversees the end-to-end process of student billing and collection. Key responsibilities include monitoring accounts receivable, managing outstanding debts, enforcing credit control, and preparing management reports This position is part of the Student Finance team reporting to Accounts Receivables Team. The job is required to process timely and accurate billing, collection of revenue, journal posting, prepare management reporting and financial aid disbursement. It ensures completeness in revenue recognition and compliance to University's standard guideline and policy. This role will support functional process improvement and streamlining to meet university mission and vision. Candidate has an opportunity to learn more than 1 system in billing and collection, involved in system implementation and learn automated tools in process improvement. Job Requirements: Knowledge and Experience Minimum Degree / Equivalent Qualification in Accounting Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience Key Competency Requirements Able to work in a fast-paced environment and to work under pressure Service oriented, be hands-on, meticulous, analytical and have initiative Good interpersonal & communication skills Proficient in MS Excel and IT savvy, SAP knowledge is preferred Knowledge of Power Query or Power Automate is an advantage Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team We regret to inform that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
