Manage ongoing account maintenance, including updates to client accounts. Notify internal and external stakeholders of the change (s) and track the changes to completion.
Manage the terminations for client accounts and ensure accurate closure of the accounts. Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures are met while handling and processing the account closure.
Provide subject matter expertise, effectively communicating across multiple audiences. Developed understanding of impacted up-stream and down-stream processes.
Complete cross training and back up responsibilities
Complete retention of records, work, and other information, following established procedures and policies.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
1-3 years' experience in the financial services industry
Strong oral and written communications skills.
Solid understanding onboarding processes and steps
Able to work effectively under pressure, meeting deadlines, and managing multiple priorities.
Ability to work with limited work direction and function effectively in a team environment.

The position is accountable to perform daily activities for separately managed retail client accounts - onboarding, maintenance, and termination events. Gather and validate data from multiple internal and external sources, evaluate and determine if the data is accurate, and then produce the final deliverable such as a successfully onboarded new client account.
