About the role
Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, the HR Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day administration of Human Resources programs and policies for OneDigital Advanced Health's employees. They will act as a front-line point for employee administrative questions and general day-to-day HR administration. Essential Duties and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to): Assist with employee outreach communications; Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits, payroll, attendance, and escalate emails to the HR Generalist or the Director of Human Resources when necessary; Responsible for ensuring the proper filing of all new hire paperwork into Workday, including I-9 document review; Digitize legacy employee records into Workday or HR Drives; Oversee the Hire and Termination steps in Workday and other systems for ODAH employees; Update employment records in Workday in relation to the onboarding, offboarding and regular employment lifecycle changes; Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment and necessary posters for the office; Complete verbal and written employment verifications on behalf of the office; Manage new hire corporate background check systems and results; Intake new Leave of Absence and ADA accommodation requests for the office, escalate leave of absence and ADA cases to the HR Generalist, and assist with track ing and communication to the greater OneDigital Leave of Absence team; Respond to inquiries from the Department of Labor regarding unemployment information; Participate in employee engagement activity execution; Perform other related duties as required and assigned. Education, Training and Experience: Knowledge of principles and practices of HR administration, including ADA and FMLA requirements; Bachelor's degree, preferred; Minimum of 1 years' experience in a Human Resources position, or HR-specific education required; Prior benefits and LOA administration experience a plus. The typical base pay range for this role nationwide is $20 to $23 per hour . Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company's performance.
