Operational Delivery Manager

Responsibilities

• Create and manage the detailed plan that brings Operational Delivery workstreams to life - this will include equipment, training, certification, and engagement amongst many others.
• Ensure that our Field teams are always up to date, informed and engaged as we move from pilot to BAU implementation and be the go-to SME for them.
• Deliver high quality and revenue generating FTTP service levels aligned with contractual requirements.
• Manage the multiple logistical elements (Training, Supply, Fleet, Field Coaches etc) that are essential to on time, on budget delivery.
• Develop Key working relationships across the Sky Group with core stakeholders and external partners.
• Deliver pilots and new work at a high standard and using an Agile methodology that ensures flexibility and integrity.
• Create and own time bound plans that ensure a seamless transition from pilot inception to MVP and onwards to BAU operations.

Requirements

• Exceptional stakeholder management and an ability to facilitate success across complex organisations and conflicting priorities
• The ability to engage with individuals and teams at all levels of the organisation and a track record in indirect leadership
• Building a compelling story of the realities of Ops delivery and articulating that across diverse business areas.
• Experience of Excel
• Attention to detail due to producing analytical problems
• Experience in Transformation and Change management with knowledge of the models that underpin them.
• A deep understanding of the FTTP operational requirements, processes, technology and best practice to deliver great customer experiences and revenue.
• Problem solving and analytical skills alongside the ability to translate that to improvement plans.
