Linguistic Data Consortium (LDC) is a not-for-profit organization hosted by the University of Pennsylvania that creates and distributes data and other linguistic resources to universities, laboratories, companies and libraries around the world in support of language-related education, research and technology development. Within LDC, the Annotation/Collection group creates labeled data sets for high-stakes, externally sponsored human language technology and artificial intelligence research programs.
