About the role

As Program Lead, you will oversee the day-to-day delivery of Youth Programs, ensuring participants receive high-quality support and engaging experiences. You will provide leadership and guidance to support staff, coordinate activities, manage program logistics, and foster a positive and inclusive environment for participants. Responsibilities include: Leading the planning, coordination, and delivery of Youth Day Programs Supervising and supporting a team of Support Workers Ensuring activities are engaging, safe, and aligned to participant goals Building positive relationships with participants, families, and stakeholders Supporting participant engagement, social inclusion, and skill development Monitoring program quality and participant outcomes Managing day-to-day operational requirements, including transport and community access activities Ensuring compliance with organisational policies, NDIS standards, and duty of care requirements Supporting behaviour support strategies and risk management processes Maintaining accurate documentation and reporting Every day is different, from coordinating community outings and group activities to mentoring staff and helping young people achieve meaningful outcomes. What Your Week Looks Like Youth Programs operate Monday to Friday from 9:00am - 3:00pm. Programs are delivered across Greater Western Sydney, with a strong focus on: Prairiewood Liverpool You will spend time both in-program and supporting operational planning, ensuring activities run smoothly and participants have a positive experience. Essential Requirements Applicants must have: NDIS Worker Screening Check Working With Children Check Current First Aid & CPR certification Valid NSW Driver's Licence Right to work in Australia Desirable Certificate IV or Diploma in Disability, Community Services, Youth Work, Leadership, or a related field Experience leading teams within disability, youth, community, or social services settings Experience coordinating group-based programs and community activities Knowledge of person-centred supports and NDIS practice standards Experience supporting participants with complex behaviours and support needs Why Join CPA?
