About the role
As Program Lead, you will oversee the day-to-day delivery of Youth Programs, ensuring participants receive high-quality support and engaging experiences. What Your Week Looks Like Youth Programs operate Monday to Friday from 9:00am - 3:00pm. Programs are delivered across Greater Western Sydney, with a strong focus on: Prairiewood Liverpool You will spend time both in-program and supporting operational planning, ensuring activities run smoothly and participants have a positive experience. Essential Requirements Applicants must have: NDIS Worker Screening Check Working With Children Check Current First Aid & CPR certification Valid NSW Driver's Licence Right to work in Australia Desirable Certificate IV or Diploma in Disability, Community Services, Youth Work, Leadership, or a related field Experience leading teams within disability, youth, community, or social services settings Experience coordinating group-based programs and community activities Knowledge of person-centred supports and NDIS practice standards Experience supporting participants with complex behaviours and support needs Why Join CPA?
