We have an opportunity for an Associate Marketing Manager to join our Golden Valley, MN team. You will lead execution of priority initiatives and projects that support category and business unit growth. This role is responsible for delivery of defined projects, programs, or launches, and translating customer insight and feedback into actionable plans, while building increasing fluency in markets, customers, and buying dynamics. The Associate Marketing Manager will work closely with Sales, Product Line Ownership, Revenue Operations, Engineering, Legal, and Finance to ensure Pentair's Flow portfolio strategy is executed with quality, speed, and commercial relevance. This position will report to the Senior Strategic Marketing Manager. You will: Execute priority initiatives and projects with growing strategic depth, supporting category and customer segment strategies through disciplined, high‑quality delivery. Own delivery of defined launches, programs, or projects, coordinating timelines, inputs, and stakeholders to ensure readiness, accuracy, and adoption. Translate customer proof and feedback into action, supporting development of case studies, testimonials, VOC summaries, and improvement opportunities for positioning and GTM execution. Support ROI and impact assessment by tracking adoption, performance signals, and qualitative feedback tied to marketing initiatives and sales enablement. Work closely with Sales, Product Line Ownership, Revenue Operations, and Engineering to support execution of positioning, messaging, and enablement aligned to market and customer needs. Contribute to sales enablement and customer segment‑level execution, supporting creation, refinement, and deployment of tools, content, and plays. Support execution of trade shows, campaigns, and content initiatives, ensuring alignment to priority segments, use cases, and selling motions. Build fluency in markets, customers, and buying dynamics, including understanding of customer pain points, decision criteria, routes to market, and competitive context. Collaborate and communicate effectively across functions, bringing structure, responsiveness, and accountability to shared workstreams. Incorporate customer feedback, sales input, and performance insights (e.g., SFDC, win/loss, event outcomes) to continuously refine customer segment positioning, sales plays, and execution plans. Model culture in alignment with Pentair's Win Right Values and Leadership Model, fostering a high‑performance, inclusive culture grounded in accountability, collaboration, and continuous development while modeling the behaviors expected of Pentair teammates. Key Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field. I prefer an MBA or advanced degree preferred. 5-8 years of experience in B2B marketing, product marketing, or equivalent commercial support roles, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment. Demonstrated ability to own and deliver projects or initiatives ended, including coordination across multiple stakeholders. Strong execution skills combined with an interest in building strategic marketing capability. Ability to translate qualitative customer and sales feedback into structured insights and actionable improvements. Experience supporting or executing product launches, sales enablement, campaigns, content, or events. Familiarity with CRM and marketing tools (e.g., SFDC) and comfort working with basic performance metrics. Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills. Curiosity, learning agility, and a desire to grow into broader strategic responsibility over time.
